  1. How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten or lost your password, simply go to the Login menu and click on password reset. If you are having any problems or forgot your registration email, contact us at [email protected].

  1. Is there a place where I can access free content?

We have a free community called Unleashing Power Community which you can access from the Offerings page. This Community provides daily tips, Messinger Minutes, videos, webinars, radio interviews with best-selling authors and a discussion forum.

  1. How do I access my products?

Your products are in your personal Library. Go to the Login on the menu bar and enter your password and you will be taken to your personal Library where you can access all your products.  

  1. How long does my product remain available? 

Our promise is that each product will remain available for a minimum of six months after completion. Although it is not our intention to remove products, it is possible that we may if they are no longer being used by customers. For example, a one-month product will be available for at least seven months and a six-month product will be available for at least 12 months. 

  1. How do I get a refund or cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your subscription or request a refund, Login to your account, go to your Profile, select Settings, and then select Billings. You will see all of your products listed and you can click on the Cancel button to the right of the product name. You refund will be processed immediately and your funds will be received with your banks normally processing time, which is typically 3-5 business days.

  1. I registered for a product, where do I go to start? 

Start accessing your products by going to your personal Library. Go to the Login on the menu bar and enter your password and you will be taken to your personal Library where you can access all your products.  

  1. I used a discount coupon; did I receive the discount?

If at the time of registration you used a discount coupon, that discount would be immediately marked and shown if you clicked Apply. If you are not seeing the discount appearing on the Offer page, then either you did not click Apply, or the Discount is no longer valid. If the discount is showing Applied and on the Offer page, then you absolutely received the discount. If you are unsure, or want to check and make sure, send us an email with your question to using [email protected].

  1. How do I access the APP for my mobile device?

All products and lessons from The Messinger Institute are available free using the Kajabi App. Simply go to the App store and download the app, set up your profile, and then add The Messinger Institute to your app library. We suggest you do this when you are connected to WIFI because there could be a lot of data downloaded.

  1. What is the email for help?

You can contact us for any questions or help using [email protected].

  1. Why should I subscribe to the email list? 

There are two reasons we strongly suggest you register and give us permission to email you. First, we send out a great deal of free gifts and discounts which you will not receive if we don’t have your email. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, each instructor as well as the members of the community share a lot of information. If you are not subscribed to our system, you will not receive these important messages. 

  1. Where do I share comments or ask questions in a product?

You can share comments or ask questions of the instructors at the very bottom of each individual lesson. Generally all questions are responded to in less than 24 hours. 

  1. Where is the discussion forum?

In each product there are lessons, and inside each lesson there is a comment section at the very bottom. We strongly encourage questions, comments, and feedback, and especially sharing personal stories.  

  1. Are the discussions private or public?

All discussions and comments in the discussion forums are private and only available to the members of the product or group. No comments are ever shared on any public site. 

  1. What are the benefits for becoming a TMI Certified Practitioner? 

One of the primary objectives of The Messinger Institute is to provide like-minded practitioners the opportunity to share their knowledge and wisdom using our brand, reach, and methodology. The benefits are quite significant and you and learn more by contacting us at [email protected].
