Program Description

All-Inclusive Program Fee

• $7495 per person for double occupancy.
• Repeat customers price after a 15 % discount is $6375 per person for double occupancy.

Deposits 

To secure your reservation complete the releases and waivers below, then provide a $500 per person deposit by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. The deposit is non-refundable.

Selecting Options

After making your deposit, we will contact you about the following options:

• Payment options (cash discount, one-time pay, or monthly pay).
• Select if you are interested in a massage (an additional cost and scheduled at the venue).
• Your bedding preference (single or queen).
• Reserving a seat for the city tour in Picton.
• Reserving free transportation to and from Toronto Pearson Airport to Harmony retreat (limited to the first five). The venue is 160 miles, or about 2 3/4 hour drive from the Toronto Pearson airport and a private limo is ~ $275. It is ~125 miles from Watertown, NY International Airport. 

Final Payment

Final payment is due by April 1, 2025. If the final payment is not received by this date, your reservation will be cancelled.

Payment in full is required at the time of registration if made after April 1, 2025.

Reservation Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your reservation after making full payment, the date of cancellation will be the date of your email notifying us of your cancellation.

If the date of cancellation is between 120 and 90 days before August 1, 2025, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee of the full cost of the program and the balance will be refunded via company check.

If the date of cancellation is less than 90 days before August 1, 2025, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee of the full cost of the program and no refund will be provided.
