Regression Program

A profound experience to understand, release, and forgive trauma or deep wounds that inhibit achieving our full potential.

What you'll get:

  • Session 1 - Reviewing Wounds, Trauma, Fears, Beliefs
  • Session 2 - Practical Session
  • Session 3 - Regression
  • Session 4 - Debriefing the Regression

In session 1 we review your current situation, lessons, life path, and discuss trauma, wounds, and limiting beliefs using your full life numerology profile. We do this to identify the intention for the regression.

In session 2 we practice grounding, breathing, and clearing your mind to maximize the effectiveness of the regression.

In session 3 we do the regression, which could last anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes.

  • Do not have any alcohol on the day of the regression.
  • Find a nice, quiet place where you can relax, perhaps half inclined, and will not be disturbed by any person, animal, or phone.
  • We will record the session
  • You will call into a line for me to record the session: 667.770.1476,,,711611#
  • Before the call, take at least 15 minutes to relax, ground, and clear your mind by releasing preconceived ideas, solutions, worries, and fears.
  • I will take you through a relaxation technique by counting you down slowly from ten to one and doing deep breaths.
  • You will be hypnotized but entirely in complete control. We will be talking and interacting. I will ask you to share whatever you see, feel, hear, or experience.
  • I will remind you to stay in first person present tense to be there in the moment (please don't talk in the third person).

In session 4 we will debrief the regression, which usually lasts about 20-30 minutes.

Terms and Conditions:

WHEREAS The Messinger Group (TMG) represents Mr. Jonathan D. Messinger as a professional coach, personal advisor, and business consultant, and Client desires to engage Mr. Messinger, hereafter referred to as “Coach.” The Parties hereby mutually agree as follows:

  1.  Personal History and Recordings: The Coach and Client will engage in direct and individual conversations throughout the working relationship. The client understands that successful coaching requires a relationship of mutual trust, respect, authenticity, and transparency, necessitating a collaborative approach between the Client and Coach.  In the coaching relationship, the Coach, Mr. Messinger, plays three various roles: (1) the role of a facilitator of change, to encourage and support; (2) the role of a detached observer, listening and mirroring back what the Client says; and finally, on some occasions (3) Clients like Mr. Messinger to act as a sports coach, pushing and challenging them to do more, go further. Throughout these discussions, a great deal of personal and private information will be shared. Additionally, some clients like having these conversations recorded and available on MP3 download for future reference, which Coach encourages. Ultimately, the Client is always responsible for " doing the work” to enact or bring about the desired changes. Except for any legal requests or court orders, personal recordings are entirely confidential and private, per paragraph 4, Confidentiality, Privacy, and Nondisclosure, and will never be shared with anyone unless the Client provides written permission.
  2.  Client Scheduling, Cancellations, or Rescheduling. To the greatest extent possible, the Coach and Client will try to book sessions for the exact date and time on the agreed-upon schedule, usually once a week or once every two weeks. Both Client and Coach commit to each other to the prompt and timely arrival for coaching sessions or events. However, cancellations are not unexpected; therefore, both Parties agree to provide a minimum of 24-hour notification of possible or actual conflicts that prevent a regularly scheduled event. Sadly, missing a regularly scheduled event without notification counts toward hours and fees agreed upon in this Agreement. If travel involves any last-minute cancellations that result in non-refundable expenses (hotel, car, airfare, train, or other), it will be reimbursed by the Party responsible for the cancellation.
  3.  Confidentiality, Privacy, and Nondisclosure. All conversations are completely private and confidential. However, as the Client and Coach may enter into intensely private, personal, or professional discussions, this clause exists for the protection of the Client and deserves a detailed definition. Confidential Information shall include all personal disclosures, private talks, recordings, documents, agreements, intellectual property, business ideas or plans, or financial information the Client provides to the Coach, whether in writing, by oral communication, visual observation or otherwise. “Confidential Information” shall not include information that: (a) is now or subsequently becomes publicly known through no breach of this Agreement; or (b) is known to the Coach at the time of disclosure or is independently received by the Coach; or (c) is received from a third party, other than the Parties, who had a lawful right to disclose such Confidential Information. Unless otherwise authorized in writing or required by law or legal actions, the Coach shall keep Confidential Information secret and will not disclose, publish, or disseminate any Confidential Information to anyone other than those whom the Client desires to know, be that a friend, family member, or other advisors, and if the Client approves in writing (email is sufficient, but not text or SMS messages). The only exception to the written approval clause would be when there is intent to cause physical harm to self or others or the Coach is concerned about the Client’s well-being. The Coach agrees to accept Confidential Information under these terms for the sole purpose of this Agreement, and the Client consents for these purposes.
  4.  Intellectual Property Rights. TMG acknowledges that the Client owns all rights, title, and interest in materials, including all intellectual property rights associated with concepts, brands, logos, trademarks, copyrights, presentation materials, business plans, or deliverables discussed or developed for the Client by TMG, hereafter referred to as “Content” for all perpetuity, worldwide. This clause survives the terms of this Agreement.
  5. Indemnification. The client understands that the Coach, Mr. Messinger, is not a medical doctor, psychologist, or licensed health care practitioner, does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe treatments for any disease or conditions, and is not providing therapy in this Agreement. The client should always consult a licensed medical practitioner for health advice. In entering into the coaching relationship and signing this Agreement, the Client agrees that if any mental or physical health difficulties arise during the relationship, the Client will notify the Coach immediately so that they can discuss appropriate remedies and referrals with the Coach. The client further understands that Mr. Messinger is a professional coach, personal advisor, and business consultant, not a lawyer or Certified Public Accountant. Although Coach may review contracts or provide legal documents or advice from his vast repository of agreements, the Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify TMG, Mr. Messinger, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any personal or third-party claim arising from or in any way related to Client use of TMG services or the advice or information provided by TMG and Mr. Messinger, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), medical or professional, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, TMG will provide the Client with written notice of any such claim, suit, or action. This clause survives the terms of this Agreement.
  6. Terms of Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the date this Agreement is executed. Client satisfaction is paramount, and although there has never been a dissatisfied client if the Client is unhappy and wishes to terminate the Agreement, we request two weeks’ written notification from the Client. Any professional fees or expenses previously incurred are payable from the Client to TMG upon termination, and any unused fees will be refunded.
  7. Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the internal laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. Montgomery County, Texas, shall be the venue for any legal proceeding concerning this Agreement.
