And I know how to summit peaks. As a mountaineer, I have summited hundreds of peaks. I know what it is like to apply these 12 habits and qualities directly in success of climbing a mountain. For over 2 decades I pursued and successfully climbed some the highest mountains on earth. I learned the importance of applying the essential qualities to these climbs in support of strong habits. Today I continue to apply these habits in my growth and capabilities as a human, as a mountain athlete, a father, a husband and a coach. I believe that the application of these 12 habits and essential qualities open us up to fully succeeding on the second mountain; personally and professionally.

Meaning, someone who wants to achieve greater self mastery, improve relationships, greater health and vitality, explore their passionate why, to live a more energized life with greater purpose and meaning.

Each month we review one of the 12 Habits and associated essential quality, then we discuss and apply them to your daily life. Members have access to a knowledge library and a private discussion community.
Participants will discover the secrets to unleashing their full potential, shattering limiting beliefs, conquering fears, and in the end, become a more authentic, congruent, and fearless person.
Participants meet three times a month for one hour and agree to our code of conduct.
